Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD)

A Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (Lei 13.709, 14/08/2018), dispõe sobre o tratamento de dados pessoais, inclusive nos meios digitais, por pessoa natural ou por pessoa jurídica de direito público ou privado, com o objetivo de proteger os direitos fundamentais de liberdade e de privacidade e o livre desenvolvimento da personalidade da pessoa natural.

Propósito

Por meio do tratamento de dados a ABSOLAR busca proteger e respeitar sua privacidade, garantir a liberdade de informação e de comunicação, bem como, assegurar a inviolabilidade da intimidade, da honra e da imagem.

Os dados coletados serão tratados com o propósito de, individualizando-o, garantir um seu melhor acesso aos produtos e/ou serviços então disponibilizados em nossa(s) plataforma(s).

Para cada evento que se inscrever, mediante coleta de consentimento, o(a) interessado(a) poderá compartilhar seus dados de contato para com os parceiros e/ou fornecedores da ABSOLAR (do respectivo evento em questão), bem como, receber informes sobre eventos, notícias e/ou promoções.

Lembrando que o titular poderá, a qualquer momento, solicitar, dentre outros, a alteração ou a exclusão de seus dados ou, ainda, se descadastrar a qualquer momento das listas de distribuição através da própria plataforma.

Personal Data Protection (LGPD)

The General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (Law 13,709, 08/14/2018), provides for the processing of personal data, including in digital media, by a natural person or by a legal entity governed by public or private law, with the aim of protecting the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the personality of the natural person.

Purpose

Through data processing, ABSOLAR seeks to protect and respect your privacy, guarantee freedom of information and communication, as well as ensure the inviolability of intimacy, honor and image.

The data collected will be treated with the purpose of, individualizing it, guaranteeing better access to the products and/or services then available on our platform(s).

For each event that registers, upon collection of consent, the interested party may share their contact details with ABSOLAR’s partners and/or suppliers (of the respective event in question), as well as receive information about events, news and/or promotions.

Remembering that the holder may, at any time, request, among others, the change or deletion of their data or, even, unsubscribe at any time from the distribution lists through the platform itself.
